Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editing Intern to support our team in producing engaging video content for social media platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in video editing, short-form content creation, and social media trends, particularly for international audiences. No professional experience is required, but a basic understanding of video editing and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify viral trends, memes, formats, and hot topics to create highly engaging video and photo content for western audiences.
- Create, edit, and design content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop
- Analyze content performance to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities to replicate successful viral strategies.
- Stay up to date with social media platform algorithm changes, emerging content styles, and platform updates.
- Ensure all published content complies with Community Standards and platform guidelines.
Requirements
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Basic familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is required.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of video formats, transitions, captions, and audio is preferred.
- An interest in short-form video content and social media trends.
Soft Skills
Creative mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, ability to accept feedback, teamwork, and time management.
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of social media trends, familiarity with Canva or Photoshop, good English comprehension, and personal video editing projects or a portfolio.
