Job Summary


We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the recruitment and day-to-day human resource operations at Hashtag Media. You will assist with hiring, onboarding, employee records, interview coordination, and administrative HR tasks while helping maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.

You will work closely with management and department leads to ensure smooth HR processes and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with applicants.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance review and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist management with various administrative and HR-related tasks.

Requirements


Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR documentation. Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.

Soft Skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Nice to Have


Previous experience in an HR or administrative role. Knowledge of recruitment processes and employee onboarding. Experience using HRMS or ATS software. Familiarity with the digital marketing or IT industry.
