6. Review completed edits, provide actionable feedback and oversee timely project delivery while maintaining efficient revision workflows.
7. Stay updated with latest editing trends, visual effects, and storytelling methods.
8. Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues to keep the production pipeline running smoothly.
9. Monitor team performance and conduct periodic evaluations for continuous improvement.
1. Proven professional experience as a Senior/Lead Video Editor.
2. Prior experience in a fast-paced media house or creative agency.
3. Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (expert level preferred).
4. Ability to guide creative talent while maintaining a productive and supportive team culture.
5. Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
