1. Assist in managing general HR concerns and employee queries.
2. Coordinate with team leads and managers for day-to-day activities and employee-related matters.
3. Maintain company-wide communication and accurate HR record keeping.
4. Track employee performance and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
5. Issue employment-related documents such as contracts, salary slips, and certificates.
6. Maintain payroll-related records and support the payroll process.
7. Support the performance review, recruitment activities and appraisal process.
8. Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
9. Review employee-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
10. Identify and report workflow or process issues and propose improvements.
11. Conduct routine checks to maintain HR policy compliance.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Basic knowledge of HR operations or HR software is a plus.
