Google & Meta Ads Specialist

This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and creative flair, with the goal of driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through strategic ad placements and audience targeting.

Responsibilies

1. Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
2. Develop and execute campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving conversions for Website Designing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing services.
3. Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis to guide campaign strategy.
4. Write compelling ad copy and work with design teams to develop scroll-stopping creatives and video ads tailored to each platform and objective.
5. Collaborate with the website design team for the creation and optimization of landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
6. Set up, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other event tracking solutions.
7. Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
8. Analyze campaign performance data across key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate to ensure consistent ROI.
9. Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to scale top-performing campaigns and cut underperforming ones.
10. Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising policies, platform changes, trends, and tools to ensure compliance and maintain campaign efficiency.
12. Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to align ad strategies with broader business goals and customer journeys.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns that generated leads and sales for Website Designing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing services.
2. Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and performance marketing principles.
3. Share proven results and statistics from past campaigns in these service areas during the hiring process.
4. Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into campaign decisions and actionable strategies.
6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
7. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.
8. Certifications like Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant credentials are a strong plus.
