Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites for a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for building custom WordPress solutions, integrating third-party services, optimizing website performance, and delivering responsive, user-friendly digital experiences.
You will work closely with UI/UX designers, digital marketers, and project managers to create scalable websites that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
- Create pixel-perfect pages from Figma, Adobe XD, or UI designs.
- Customize Elementor, Gutenberg, WooCommerce, and other WordPress plugins.
- Integrate REST APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and third-party services.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot website issues, security vulnerabilities, and plugin conflicts.
- Maintain staging and production environments using Git version control.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams throughout development.
- Stay updated with modern WordPress development standards and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, ACF, and custom theme/plugin development. Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, responsive development, and website performance optimization. Understanding of WordPress security and debugging techniques.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Passion for clean code and continuous learning.
Nice to Have
Experience with WordPress or CMS-based development. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. Knowledge of SEO-friendly development practices. Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools.
